Product Summary
To get the best results in screen printing, you need to begin
with a quality film separation. Now you can have high-quality
film without spending a lot of time or money.
The EcoPRO dry film imager is a desktop-size unit that connects to your computer. With
it you can produce film right from your Mac or PC file -- quickly and inexpensively,
compared to the old way. There's no more camera work, stripping, or wet chemicals to deal
with. You don't have to settle for a design that's less than just right, because EcoPRO is
so fast and convenient you can make even last-minute revisions.
But in this case, fast doesn't mean you're sacrificing image clarity, color or
registration. EcoPRO positives at up to 400 x 1600 dpi are comparable to traditional film,
for excellent color separations and single-color designs. And you're not forced to burn
screen after screen until you get it right, because EcoPRO delivers the results you need
right away, every time. Whether you're producing garment designs, signs, point-of-purchase
displays, spot color or process color, EcoPRO makes it fast and easy. And you don't give
up a thing in print quality.

EcoFilm
This polyester film is specially matched to complement the
imaging technology of the EcoPRO dry film imager. It's wide
UV density range--comparable to conventional wet-chemical
film--captures subtle color detail, from highlights to shadows.
Also, its dimensional stability complements the robust EcoPRO
film transport to produce the tight registration essential
for high quality prints.
EcoVellum
This translucent material provides an inexpensive way of burning
screens for simple spot color jobs. EcoVellum can also be
used for design proofing, or proofing separations prior to
EcoFilm final output. For process color jobs, or for jobs
with color shading or critical registration requirements,
we recommend the use of EcoFilm.
EcoBond
EcoBond paper makes proofing an image practical and convenient.
It delivers a same-size proof copy from the same image that
produces the film, for accurate checking. Dry imaging on EcoBond
produces clean, non-smudging monochromatic proofs or print
samples.
