PA 350 N2 - WATER WASHABLE PHOTOPOLYMER PLATE MAKING EQUIPMENT

Washout:  The tank is provided with nylon brushes assembled on springs to have an even pressure on plates of various thicknesses.  A 600W heater to keep the water at a constant temperature is connected to a level indicator which prevents the heater from starting when the level is too low.  The washout platen, rotates alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate, is provided, in the standard version, with a magnetic support to hold metal backed plates; upon request, it is possible to have a permanent adhesive for al other plates.

Programming:   The microprocessor-controlled keyboard allows the user to set up to nine customized programs to control the time of each function:  back exposure, main exposure, washout and drying.  For the last two functions it is also possible to set the temperature in °C.

Green/Red Warning LEDs constantly informing about the status of the machine – acoustic alarm in case of errors and/or malfunctions.

Dryer:  Two drawers available, provided with a 1000W heater, forced air circulation and safety switch.

Features 

Exposure:  A black acrylic plate with vacuum grooves and a vacuum sheet perfectly hold the negative to the plate.  The drawer is provided with 6 lamps type Cleo High Performance 09N UV 40W.  The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the lamps life to help determine when it’s time to replace them.

The Jet Clean 800 is the most efficient, user friendly, automated plate cleaner in the market today

With the Jet Clean 800 Cleaner, you can completely clean any type of dirty printing plates.  The Jet Clean 800 Plate Cleaner features a compact “In-Line” design that flushes, brushes and dries the plates, resulting in a completely clean plate surface.  The Jet clean 800 utilizes a unique sticky plate carrier system, manufactured by Polymount International, B.V. called; Twinlock™ Carrier sheets hold the dirty plates firmly in place during the cleaning process.

The Jet Clean routinely completes a cleaning cycle of 1500 sq. in. every 5 minutes and the plates can be stored immediately.  There is no additional drying time required.

How efficient is it?

The Jet Clean 800 can clean 6 to 8 times more plates than cleaning them by hand.  The Jet Clean 800 Plate Cleaner encloses a tank holding 33 gallons of Jet Wash water-based cleaner.  Jet Wash Solution is a detergent that is constanly recyled in a closed circuation system.  A unique combination of filters and a cascading system in the tank ensures that the cleanest solution is always used for washing the plates.  It enables the operator to clean largte quantities of printing plates effortlessly.  Each tank full of Jet Wash Solution is capable of washing up to 1.5 million square inchyes of dirty plates.
